I am passionate about providing counseling and guidance to individuals suffering from the pressures of life that can weigh down even the strongest of people. My approach is grounded in person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapies; one of collaboration, safety and professional excellence. I offer a faith-based perspective (i.e, Christian) for those seeking to incorporate their faith into our sessions. Although I practice from a Christian worldview, I do not limit my clientele to the Christian community. I am open to working with men and women from all backgrounds of faith and non-faith. My areas of focus include but are not limited to, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, alcohol/drug and other process addictions, relationship issues, life transitions/adjustments, interpersonal concerns, and faith based counseling. I come alongside each client with effective listening, empathy, compassion and genuineness.
